Dan Crowley has been serving businesses for over twenty-five years and specializes in helping executives with their reward and retention programs, as well as aiding closely-held business owners with their risk management and transition planning. Dan has a unique ability in assessing client needs and turning complex information into actionable insights. Finding creative ways to solve his clients’ financial problems brings him a tremendous amount of professional satisfaction.
Dan has continued his education, earning the Certified Family Business Specialist and Certified Business Succession Planner designations through the American College. He has been asked to speak on the topic of business succession both nationally and regionally (American Rental Association, Vistage, GrowthCLUB, NAIFA) and has been quoted in a number of articles. Dan has also earned the Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS) and the Certified Business Succession Planner (CFPS) designations through the American College.
Dan’s outside business activity is as founder and president of Peer Executive Groups, facilitating business owners in nationally-based meetings with like-minded owners. He has been recognized in Lehigh Valley Business for “40 Under 40” and nominated for CFO of the Year Turn-Around Specialist. He is on the committee at the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, is a trustee and board member at ArtsQuest, and at the American Cancer Society, Eastern PA. Dan resides in Coopersburg, PA with his wife Lisa and their two children.
